Forget water cannons, forget bringing in the army, what London really needs is giant speakers blasting this song out.

As the riots were in full swing, we went ‘up up up’ to a rooftop in Hackney and filmed this gem. We Love Givers, they make us happy!

Check out: Givers debut album ‘In Light’ available in the UK, 10th October 2011.

Jessie J claims she “don’t want your money, money, money”, but these crazed fruitloops (in a nice, affectionate way), really do give it away – literally, they’re the Givers. They are pretty much what I imagine the cast of Sesame Street look like without their costumes on (yes kids, Cookie Monster doesn’t have a beating heart). Bottom line – very catchy and enjoyable tune, which is more than will ever be said (by someone with dignity) about Jessie J (not that I have dignity, but the guy next to me does and he’s been listening to it on repeat).
